Company Overview

BizLaunch has one simple purpose – to advise new entrepreneurs. We're entrepreneurs who have "been there and done that" in our own small businesses, so we know what it takes to succeed. We know first-hand what it takes to research, plan, launch, and grow a successful small business, so our goal is to simply provide the kind of advice that we wish was available when we started our first business many years ago.

BizLaunch supplies practical, ready-to-apply how-to advice acquired from our years of real-life small business experience. Founders Andrew Patricio and Roger Pierce collectively launched 17 small businesses. And, we openly share the lessons learned from the thousands of entrepreneurs we’ve trained around the world.

Canada’s largest small business training company, we deliver our popular how-to advice through seminars, one-to-one coaching, workshops, training programs, manuals, newsletters, guidebooks, tools, blogs, videos, newspaper and magazine columns, TV programs and this website. Owner Bios

ANDREW PATRICIO has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. He is an international small business expert, trainer, coach, conference speaker, seminar leader and author of the best-seller "Up & Running - A Guide to Running Your Own Business." Known for his down-to-earth advice and entertaining sense of humour, he’s launched nine businesses of his own and has trained and coached tens of thousands of entrepreneurs in Canada, Russia, Portugal, Sweden, Korea, Northern Ireland, Holland, Namibia and South Africa - including three winners of "Business Woman of the Year."

ROGER PIERCE is passionate about entrepreneurship. Educated in business marketing, he’s launched eight small businesses of his own, experiencing along the way "the good, the bad & the ugly" sides of entrepreneurship. As the Entrepreneurship Columnist for The Toronto Sun and 24 Hours, he’s authored hundreds of how-to articles and appeared in The National Post, The Globe and Mail, Metro News, The Toronto Star, Canadian Business and The Wall Street Journal. Roger has trained thousands of new business owners in Europe, the United States, the Caribbean and Canada.
