Once you have cleared your business name (such as ’Take Flight Services Company Inc.’), Cyberbahn.ca will help you to complete the incorporation process for either an Ontario or Federal corporation. All of your key information is submitted securely from our website and the results are returned online (immediately in the case of Ontario).

Incorporated companies are also required to submit a mandatory filing called the Initial Return within 60 days of incorporating. Instead of wading through the paperwork yourself, you can comply effortlessly and quickly by filing it through Cyberbahn.ca.
